Medical Lake Campus Master Plan

DESCRIPTION: The master plan was designed to find ways to consolidate the utilities, services, and functions between three distinct but contiguous DSHS (Department of Social and Health Services) campuses comprised of Eastern State Hospital, Lakeland Village, and Pine Lodge Corrections Center. The master plan was in response to the need to address some of the failing infrastructure across the Medical Lake Campus, with the goal of reducing the capital costs associated with upgrading the failing infrastructure. The information and estimates provided in the master plan was used by DSHS to develop their ten year capital request for the Medical Lake Campus.
